Each 1 license template, only for 1 blog
You can only attach 1 license to 1 blog, this is permanent and cannot be transferred to another blog, the system records your Blog ID during the license installation process.
However, you can still change your blog's domain/subdomain (in Blogger settings), because the license only refers to the Blog ID, not the domain/subdomain.
After installing the license, your template code is ready to be loaded in Dashboard Template for use on your blog.
You can't use the template code from blog A to blog B, if you keep using it, blog B will auto redirect to the Theme62.com website.
If you want to use the template on other blogs, you will have to buy another license.

About blog verification
The blog verification process is indeed done before you install the Theme62 template, not after installing the Theme62 template.
Blog verification is done to find out the blog you registered is your own, this is to avoid your blog being registered by someone else, because the installation process for each license for each blog, is only done once and is permanent.
